I built Clip Nugget so a long recording can become captioned 9:16 clips on the computer that already has the file.

Why Clip Nugget exists
Cloud clippers start by taking the file. You upload it, or paste a public link, and their editor sends clips back.
Clip Nugget starts from the file on disk. It suggests moments, follows the face into 9:16, burns in captions, and exports on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Free keeps the editor. Pro is a one-time license, not a seat.
