Use case

Cut a livestream VOD into vertical clips locally

A stream VOD is long, and the good minute is buried. Clip Nugget imports that file from disk, suggests moments from the transcript, and exports 9:16 clips with captions. You do not upload the VOD to get the cut.

What Clip Nugget actually does here

Any length, from disk

A four-hour VOD is still a local file. There is no upload queue and no credit that shrinks as the stream gets longer.

Talking-head tracking

Face tracking keeps the speaker in the vertical frame. It is not a game-capture reframer and this page does not claim that.

Export, then post where you want

The result is a video file, plus a direct YouTube upload. A posting calendar for TikTok is a different product.

FAQ

Questions about this comparison

Does it connect to Twitch or YouTube Live?

No. Export or download the VOD yourself, then import the file.

Will gameplay stay centered?

No. Tracking follows a face. A gameplay VOD is the wrong job for this app.

Are clips watermarked?

On Free, yes, and exports top out at 1080p. Pro removes the watermark and adds 4K and a batch queue.

Is the VOD sent to an AI vendor?

The video file is not. Highlight detection can send transcript text when you run it, to your own key or to optional AI Cloud.
